Welcome to Vymjay Garments. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Vymjay Garments is engaged in the sale of customized and ready-made apparel products. By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are using the website under the supervision of a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We specialize in customized apparel products. Due to the nature of customization:

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to screen differences.

  • Printed designs may have minor placement variations.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded designs are correct.

We are not responsible for low-resolution images uploaded by customers.

3. Orders & Customization

  • All customized orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.

Customers must ensure they have rights to use any logo, design, or artwork uploaded.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • GST will be applied as per Government of India regulations.

  • We accept payments via UPI, cards, net banking, and other available payment methods.

We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping partner.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Since most of our products are customized:

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Cancellation is allowed only before production begins.

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong product delivered

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, designs, text, and graphics is the property of Vymjay Garments and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vymjay Garments shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Misuse of products purchased

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
